So I'm killing my memory because I'm still awake...
But Kate made me some Italian-style espresso a few hours ago...so I'm still wide awake. And I was laying in bed thinking of what I should type and telling myself to write this tomorrow...but since I'm not giving my brain the hour to store it...I probably won't remember it...and thus, I made myself get up and type this out:
Random campus bldg #3:
Rosenthal? (I think) Meat Processing Building on west campus. It's pretty small and only has one classroom and offices...and the slaughter room that I almost walked in but am glad I didn't...
Most interesting thing: old pics of Old Ags from 1800's...and about 500 trophies, plaques, and allocations from the Houston Livestock Show and other competitions...apparently we are REALLY good at "Meat Judging". Who knew?
