I've changed the words to the song "And the shadow of the day, will embrace the world in gray...and the sun will set for you..." I haven't thought about it enough to really get what it's about...but I like the music and changed it to have a happier meaning. Because today, the sun was shining, inside and out.
Why?
#1: I love rock climbing.
#2: I love Chic-Fil-A for lunch and sitting outside by a tree reading the paper in the grass.
#3: I love floral design and making hand-tied bouquets with the most incredibly fragrant roses of all time called "Herris".
#4: I love going to the salon and getting my hair changed up. (I decided to go brunette and let my natural dirty blonde blend as it grows out...and I love my hair lady!)
#5: I love spicy chai teas and biscotti.
#6: I love Chic-Fil-A Grand Openings...and eating it again for dinner. (Free calendars, coupons, and mini cows...WHOOP!)
#7: I love chats with my roomies and laughing with Ann in the craziness of Langford.
#8: I love Vanessa Peters and Ice Cream on Mondays concerts.
#9: I love trying crazy things like hula-hoops.
#10: I love catching up with people I usually don't see and laughing uncontrollably.
And...
Hooray for a great eve of my birthday! My roommates are awesome and surprised me when I got home from a concert tonight with decorations and all kinds of fun goodies. I was so surprised! I love my roommates; they are so sneaky!
Greatest accomplishment of the evening: being able to hula-hoop with a giant 5' diameter hula hoop!
